One of my standing client engagements is to write a weekly article for the Real Magnet blog. Real Magnet is an Email Services Provider (ESP) about half a mile from me in Bethesda. I've been working with them a couple of years as their Director of Insights.
This week's article is on Social and Email: The Only Permission-Based Channels. Real Magnet has a pretty remarkable new social dashboard and integrated communications platform coming out soon, so I've been creating a lot of educational content about combining email and social to grease the skids for the new product launch.
